Yummy Granola with Hemp
Mix up your breakfast with this yummy Granola with our delicious and nutritious Hemp Seeds Hulled
Ingredients
- 3 cup Coconut Flakes
- 2 cup Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts & Pecan Mix (or your preferred nuts of choice)
- 1 Handful Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Handful Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seeds Hulled
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cup Wholegrain Oats (optional)
- 100 g Coconut Oil, melted (add more if using Oats)
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup (or Brown Rice Syrup) (add more if using Oats)
- 1 Handful Dried Berries of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 130°C.
- Combine all ingredients (except for the fruit) onto a tray, and spread thinly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Bake until nice dark brown colouring - darker means crunchier!
- Let cool and mix in berries.
