Banana and Hemp Seed Smoothie

A triple dose of seeds!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup hemp seed milk
  • 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Protein
  • 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp heaped tahini (optional)
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (for sweetening, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a Nutribullet.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • ENJOY!
