Quick, easy and nutritious Hemp Seed and Avocado Smash for breakfast
2 avocados
1 lemon
½ tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
4 thick slices of sour dough bread

Toast or grill sourdough.

Mash avocado with a fork and mix with juice of the lemon.

Cover each slice of the sourdough generously with avocado.

Sprinkle each slice with chilli flakes, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, and a drizzle of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil.
