2 bananas, ripe
1 cup ice cubes
1 apple
¼ cup rolled oats
2 cups almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute or until smooth
