Seeded Crust

  • 1/2 cup new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • cracked pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 thinly sliced skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • lettuce of your choice
  • caramelized onions
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • Preheat oven to Fan Bake 180°C and line a baking dish with tin foil or non-stick baking paper.
  • Place the new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, sea salt, cracked pepper, fresh parsley, and paprika in a high-speed blender like a NutriBullet and pulse a few times.
  • Spread the flour onto a large plate, and in another bowl beat the egg.
