I came across the oil while passing through Cheviot recently so bought a bottle to try. I add a desertspoon of oil to my museli every morning and have also added to casseroles and drizzled over smashed avocado. It seemed to ease a couple of joint niggles so I bought 4 bottles online so I can trial over a longer time. So far so good thanks
