Such delectable cookies with a good chunk of chocolate these are an instant hit!

 100 g (¾ cup) Sunflower seeds
 150 g Dark chocolate, chopped into chunks
 32 g (¼ cup) New Hemisphere Hemp Flour
 200 g (1+1/3 cups) Gluten-free plain flour
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 Egg
 60 g Butter, melted
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 125 ml (½ cup) Pure maple syrup
 2 tbsp New Hemisphere Hulled Hemp Seeds

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease and line two baking trays with baking paper.

Combine seeds, chocolate chunks, flours, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add egg, butter, vanilla and maple syrup and mix to form a dough.

Chill for 20 minutes to firm up.

Divide mixture into 12 then roll with wet hands into balls.

Transfer to trays and press down to form 1 cm thick rounds.

Sprinkle over hemp seeds and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

Cool on trays and enjoy!
