(¾ cup) Sunflower seeds

Dark chocolate, chopped into chunks

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Combine seeds, chocolate chunks, flours, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add egg, butter, vanilla and maple syrup and mix to form a dough.
Chill for 20 minutes to firm up.
Divide mixture into 12 then roll with wet hands into balls.
Transfer to trays and press down to form 1 cm thick rounds.
Sprinkle over hemp seeds and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Cool on trays and enjoy!
