Lemony Hemp & Cashew Aioli
This delicious aioli can be added to almost anything!
- 1 1/2 cup raw cashew, soak in water overnight
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- sea salt
- pepper
- Drain soaked cashew, then rinse well.
- Place into a food processor or high powdered blender with remaining ingredients and large pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy
- You can add a little more water if needed to achieve the perfect consistency
- Use immediately or place in jar to refrigerate. It will keep for 3-4 days.
