Lemony Hemp & Cashew Aioli

This delicious aioli can be added to almost anything!

  • 1 1/2 cup raw cashew, soak in water overnight
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  1. Drain soaked cashew, then rinse well.
  2. Place into a food processor or high powdered blender with remaining ingredients and large pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. You can add a little more water if needed to achieve the perfect consistency
  4. Use immediately or place in jar to refrigerate. It will keep for 3-4 days.
