Lemony Hemp & Cashew Aioli

Ingredients

raw cashew, soak in water overnight
1
tbsp
dijon mustard
1/2
cup
water

tbsp
new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
1
lemon, juiced
1
garlic clove, peeled
1
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
sea salt
pepper
Instructions
Drain soaked cashew, then rinse well.
Place into a food processor or high powdered blender with remaining ingredients and large pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy
You can add a little more water if needed to achieve the perfect consistency
Use immediately or place in jar to refrigerate. It will keep for 3-4 days.
