Hemp Seed Milk

A Healthy Dairy-Free Alternative!

  • 1/2 cup new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  • Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds using a high speed blender like a NutriBullet.
  • Use a nut milk bag (or a clean old tea towel) to strain the milk into a clean bowl. You do not have to do this step, it is personal preference.
  • Pour the milk into a glass jar or bottle and chill. Some sediment may settle but a good shake will remedy.
