Ingredients

new hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed Hulled
2
cup
filtered water
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tsp
coconut sugar or 1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds using a high speed blender like a NutriBullet.
Use a nut milk bag (or a clean old tea towel) to strain the milk into a clean bowl. You do not have to do this step, it is personal preference.
Pour the milk into a glass jar or bottle and chill. Some sediment may settle but a good shake will remedy.
