Avocado Hemp Seed Smash

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
  • 4 thick slices of sour dough bread


  • Toast or grill sourdough.
  • Mash avocado with a fork and mix with juice of the lemon.
  • Cover each slice of the sourdough generously with avocado.
  • Sprinkle each slice with chilli flakes, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, and a drizzle of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil.
