Avocado Hemp Seed Smash

Quick, easy and nutritious Hemp Seed and Avocado Smash for breakfast

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
  • 4 thick slices of sour dough bread
  1. Toast or grill sourdough.
  2. Mash avocado with a fork and mix with juice of the lemon.
  3. Cover each slice of the sourdough generously with avocado.
  4. Sprinkle each slice with chilli flakes, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, and a drizzle of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil.
