Avocado Hemp Seed Smash
Quick, easy and nutritious Hemp Seed and Avocado Smash for breakfast
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
- 4 thick slices of sour dough bread
- Toast or grill sourdough.
- Mash avocado with a fork and mix with juice of the lemon.
- Cover each slice of the sourdough generously with avocado.
- Sprinkle each slice with chilli flakes, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, and a drizzle of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil.
