Avocado Hemp Seed Smash
Quick, easy and nutritious Hemp Seed and Avocado Smash for breakfast

- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
- 4 thick slices of sour dough bread
Toast or grill sourdough.
Mash avocado with a fork and mix with juice of the lemon.
Cover each slice of the sourdough generously with avocado.
Sprinkle each slice with chilli flakes, new hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed Hulled, and a drizzle of new hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed Oil.
