If you prefer savoury – divide mixture into a 12-holed muffin pan and cook for 12-15 minutes and have with your favourite soup.

Super Seeded Loaf
Power up with Hemp Seed, Chia Seed, and Flaxseed!
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup cooked mashed sweet potato
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Flour
- 2 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
To serve:
- Butter and chia seed jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C Bake.
- Grease and line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and mashed sweet potato till smooth. Whisk in the coconut oil, honey and vinegar until combined. Do not over mix.
- In another large mixing bowl, combine the almond meal, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Flour, seeds, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir with a fork to remove any lumps.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry. Do not over mix.
- Transfer the mixture into the loaf tin and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife/skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool slightly then remove from loaf tin to cool completely on a wire rack or chopping board (1-2 hours).
To serve:
- Slice and ENJOY with lashings of butter and chia seed jam.
