Hemp Seed Oil Chimichurri


  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 rind of lemon
  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil


  • Add all ingredients except the new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil into a food processor and pulse a few times until chopped
  • Slowly pour in new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil, while pushing the mixture a few more times until the oil is combined, and stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor if needed
  • Serve immediately with meat, veggies or bread, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
