Hemp Seed Oil Chimichurri
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 rind of lemon
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
- 1 1/2 cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
- Add all ingredients except the new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil into a food processor and pulse a few times until chopped
- Slowly pour in new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil, while pushing the mixture a few more times until the oil is combined, and stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor if needed
- Serve immediately with meat, veggies or bread, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
