Hemp Seed Oil Chimichurri

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 rind of lemon
  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil
  1. Add all ingredients except the new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil into a food processor and pulse a few times until chopped
  2. Slowly pour in new hemisphere Hemp Seed Oil, while pushing the mixture a few more times until the oil is combined, and stopping to scrape down the sides of the food processor if needed
  3. Serve immediately with meat, veggies or bread, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days
