Dairy Free Hemp Seed Parmesan Cheese
Want a dairy free alternative to cheese?
- 3/4 cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashew
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it resembles a fine crumb similar to that of Parmesan cheese
- Store in airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. This will last for up to two months
- Sprinkle on salads, pasta
