Dairy Free Hemp Seed Parmesan Cheese

Want a dairy free alternative to cheese?

  • 3/4 cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashew
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it resembles a fine crumb similar to that of Parmesan cheese
  • Store in airtight glass jar in the refrigerator. This will last for up to two months
  • Sprinkle on salads, pasta
