Notes:
When freezing bananas, make sure they are ripe. Cut into chunks and freeze in a snap lock plastic bag.

Plain yoghurt can replace the coconut yoghurt. Cocoa powder can be used in place of cacao powder. Any pitted date will do though medjool dates have a particular caramel-like flavour.

Coconut, Banana & Hemp Smoothie Bowl
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (TIP: swap out for natural Greek yoghurt)
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 tbsp cacao powder (or coco)
- 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
- 1/4 cup hemp seed milk
Toppings
- sliced fresh banana
- new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
- goji berries
- cacao powder (or coco)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with sliced fresh banana, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, goji berries, and a sprinkle of cacao powder (or any other nuts, seeds or fruits you love!)
