Banana and Hemp Seed Smoothie
A triple dose of seeds!
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup hemp seed milk
- 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Protein
- 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp heaped tahini (optional)
- 1 medjool date, pitted (for sweetening, optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a Nutribullet.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- ENJOY!
