A delicious blend of oats, banana, hemp seed, and chocolate!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tbsp new hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed Hulled
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cup hemp seed milk
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (optional)

Toppings:

  • new hemisphereâ„¢ Hemp Seed Hulled
  • goji berries
  • rolled oats
  • coconut shavings

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Garnish with toppings.
  • ENJOY!
