Coconut Flakes

Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts & Pecan Mix (or your preferred nuts of choice)

Handful Pumpkin Seeds
1
Handful Sunflower Seeds

tbsp
Chia Seeds

new hemisphere Hemp Seeds Hulled

Cinnamon

Vanilla

Wholegrain Oats (optional)

Coconut Oil, melted (add more if using Oats)

Maple Syrup (or Brown Rice Syrup) (add more if using Oats)

Handful Dried Berries of your choice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 130°C.
Combine all ingredients (except for the fruit) onto a tray, and spread thinly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Bake until nice dark brown colouring - darker means crunchier!
Let cool and mix in berries.
