Hemp seed really helps control arthritis pain & I find New Hemisphere the most effective. Your oil is even more effective but the capsules so much easier to take!

Taste great.. Capsule is thinner walled than another brand I have been taking but the same size… Meaning more liquid..

I have been taking these for some months now and I am impressed. So far I haven’t had any colds or illnesses etc when normally I would have had something by now. So far so good!
