 125 g butter
 ¼ cup sugar
 ¼ cup brown sugar
 2 tbsp condensed milk
 1 tsp vanilla essense
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 2 cups quinoa flour (or white flour)
 ¼ cup new hemisphere Hemp Seed Flour
 160 g dark chocolate

Cream butter and both sugars for at least 10 minutes, then beet in condensed milk and vanilla essence

Measure flours and sift three times to aerate, then add baking powder and baking soda

Lightly beat egg with a small amount of sifted flour so the mixture doesn't curdle

Fold in flour in parts, then break up chocolate into small chunks and combine gently.

Chill dough for 3-4 hours

Preheat oven to 180 degree on bake.

Roll mixture into balls (approximately 2 tbsp) and place on a lined tray evenly spaced

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes on the tray before transferring to a cooling rack
