1 banana, frozen
2 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 ½ cups hemp seed milk
1 medjool date, pitted (optional)
Toppings:

goji berries
rolled oats
coconut shavings

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.

Notes:
When freezing bananas, make sure they are ripe. Cut into chunks and freeze in a snap lock plastic bag.
