A delicious twist on an old banana favourite
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius Bake.
Grease and line the base and sides of a loaf tin (11x20cm).
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl including the new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled.
Combine the mashed banana, oil, whisked eggs, and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and gently fold in the wet mixture.
Spoon into prepared loaf tin and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer/knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing onto a chopping board.
Slice thickly and enjoy with butter or a drizzle of new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Oil.
